The 2-storey building is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero. It plays host to 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning.  There is: an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool), private parking (on request), luggage room with shower, token washing machine and drier. On the ground floor, close to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant/pizzeria, as well as the ice-cream parlour/bar. The historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5km away and there is a bus to the centre approximately every 30 minutes.   The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests. All of the apartments feature air conditioning / heating, safety deposit box and satellite TV input. The two-room apartment (sleeping 6*) comprises a double bedroom, lounge/living with twin sofa bed, bunk-bed and corner kitchenette, bathroom with shower, balcony with table and chairs. The kitchenettes come complete with two gas stove, sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests staying, as well as a fridge and a electric oven/hob. The apartments also feature a satellite TV input, free WiFi and guests have the option to hire a TV set from the residence.
